Also if you don't drink coffee at all, you can use tea, that's another option. If you are lactose or casein intolerant, you can use coconut oil or cacao butter instead of butter or ghee. So if you are trying to get the insulin lowering effects when having a bulletproof coffee, then you could skip the collagen powder. Is Bulletproof Coffee Healthful Or Beneficial To Your Health?
